Name a Roach
HOW TO WIN:
I am doing a special contest!
I purchased 20 cockroaches from the Hemsley Conservatory in Kent, England so that the winners of can know that a cockroach named after their EX (or whatever you want to release) will be fed to MeerKats on VALENTINES Day.
This means NO more pain. NO more questioning. NO more wondering.
This will set you free, if you let it.
Winner will be announced February 13 in the Big Happy Love Facebook Group
There’s a cockroach that WANTS to sacrifice itself in service of PEACE
- It may be a belief about yourself.
- It may be a regret.
- It may be shame, guilt or low self esteem.
- It may be something else you can’t quite put your finger on…
It may be something else you can’t quite put your finger on…
So for those of you who feel like this is an unattractive process—okay. This might not be for you. But I would invite you to think again. Because all I see is the research and science that says that this kind of sensory, meaningful ritual is exactly what can shift pain for good.
And I am NOT advocating revenge. This is NOT mean-spirited at all. This is about taking personal responsibility for your heart space. And calling in a vehicle (cockroach) to be the THING that is the surrogate, the focus, the metaphor for LETTING GO.
I am creating space for your imagination to assist you in FEELING a powerful shift.
Revenge to hurt someone is not helpful.
But using your imagination in a way that captures ALL of this and gives you a sensory experience of ejecting the emotional burden that comes with QUESTIONING over and over your choices, or NOT being able to be at peace and MOVE ON.
