This week you will be experiencing the Mastering YOUR domain- Kundalini Yoga set and Kirtan Kriya Meditation.
How does Kundalini yoga help you FIND LOVE? This practice cultivates our strength as a woman clearing out the static that keeps us stuck, powerless and feeling self doubt. When we are living in this incredible power within we are CLEAR, CONFIDENT, and RADIANT. THIS is the vibration that will attract your ideal partner and it is the vibration FULL of the best YOU.
Set aside an hour to do the class in full. I encourage you to plan to do this class more than once this month! See if you can do it 1-3 times a week.
The yoga set in this video is short but powerful so challenge yourself to move through any mental chatter that comes up! It is in THOSE moments when we want to give up that we can break through the old patterns.
